The Process

STEP 1 : CONSULTATION
Initial consultation with Troy and/or Scott to discuss designs, ideas and budget.

STEP 2 : DESIGN
Meeting with in-house designer to come up with a concept design that includs floor plan and 1 elevation.

SETP 3 : PREPARATION & PRELIMINARY PLANS
Provide preliminary drawings suitable for planning consent. Include all elevations, site plan and any changes to initial concept desing. At this starge a fairly accurate preliminary quote can be provided and can be used to gain finance approval.

STEP 4 : ENGINEERING & APPROVALS
Provide full working drawings including engineering, energy efficienty report and timber framing ready for Council building rules consent. At this stage a comprehensive quote will be give for the project.

STEP 5 : CONSTRUCTION
Once all council approvals are received, finance approval is in place and contract is signed construction will commence. This is generally withing 3 weeks of signing the contract or on a mutually agreed date.

STEP 6 : HAND OVER AND ONGOING SUPPORT
We care for you long after you have taken the keys and moved into your new home, we are only a phone call away should you have any questions, should there need to be any adjustments.

The process above is outlined to assist our clients in understanding the basic structure of what will take place throughout our association. We are committed to keeping you informed along the way. During our initial consultation, we will discuss these steps with you in more detail and answer any questions you may have.

We will find remedies so we build and deliver according to our undertaking at the commencement of your project.
